Thank you for choosing Skin Clinic Luton. We strive to provide high-quality services, and your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Service Satisfaction: We are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their services. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please contact us within  7 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients wishing to book appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be 30GBP.

3. Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your appointment within the appropriate timeframe (as stated above), any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund or a service redo to ensure your satisfaction.

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered unless there is a specific issue that has been documented and communicated to us in a timely manner.

4. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked. We reserve the right to retain any non-refundable deposits made at the time of booking.
